New changes to tier1 and tier2 of PBS from 06-04-10

as proposed by MAC, the govermnet has makes major changes for tier1 G, Specially becholar degree holder can now apply after april 06, 2010. The ukba has given a brief statment of policy regarding it and give new bands for salary. If some have know about multipliers for the countries like pakistan..........??? or any update regarding these changes

Till date the old multiplier is in use.
