Form Clarifications B10, D1-D4, L9 etc.

I searched the forum, some of these questions were answered for the last previous version and some were for different cases.

1. Photographs are supposed to be in sealed envelope. What is a sealed envelope? Is it just normal or do I have to get them signed etc.?

2. B10 - What is Home Office reference no.? Is this the CASE ID? Some letters just have PEO written for Ref !

3. B13 - PBS Migrant Ref. no. - Is this the 15 digit num on my Tier1 PSW approval letter?

4. Are questions D1-D4 for my FIRST entry and visa approval to the UK or the LATEST one ?

5. L9 - I will provide details for Bank and Company. Who would be the contact for the Uni Qualification? Any others?

- Normal envelope sealed is fine

- If you are applying first time for Tier1(G)new or extension you can leave it blank.. if you applying after recent invalid or returned application than put the no. u received in the recent reference letter

- Leave it balnk

4. Are questions D1-D4 for my FIRST entry and visa approval to the UK or the LATEST one ?

- First entry (put the question also)

- Bank and employer is fine.. they have the contact of all the Educational institues

Just to be sure, since last time I applied on the PBS Tier 1 PSW, i think it still applies to me. The visa has that red lettered 9digit num on the top right side and the approval letter has a 13 digit number..

Wondering which ones which?

K1 : Asks for Grade.

I dont have any grade as my degree was research based. Shall I leave it blank or put N/A or just pass ?

The Tier1 HELP section has a K7 in it ..

Theres NO K7 in the application form !

Is it a HO typo?
