Does the High Commission of Canada offer courier service?

Can I receive any correspondence regarding my immigration process by courier service from High Commission of Canada? I mean, do they offer such service (for a fee of course)?

It's because I live in Kuwait and the mail system is just useless here.

Any opinions?

Haven't heard of that, but you can opt to have your correspondence sent to you by email.
