Accommodation?

For a spouse visa I'm providing these papers for accommodation:


For this summer:
-council tax of sponsor's parents' house
-blueprint of house
-letter of invitation from parents
-land registry


BUT, my husband and I are moving after three months so he can do a masters.

We have reserved a uni couples flat from sept 2010-sept 2011 and already paid the deposit.

They won't send us the actual agreement until July. (it has to do with the process of uni housing)

SO, for this I'm providing the emails sent between us and the school.
(It has contact numbers on it)

Will this be enough proof to meet the accommodation requirement?
