SELF-SUFFICIENT IN EEA.

Good Evening to Everyone! My name Vicky.
We recently receive refuse letter about EEA1/EEA2.( Reson-EEA national lost his job).
But we try make new applications -Because Non-EEA have full time work ( it is me)
My question is- what document very important to provide.

I know about 1)COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE COVER...
Also i understand 2)My employment(wages,contract)
3) Bank Statement (my only???)
We live only relaying on my wages it about 800-1000 per months.
Do we have chance????
