URGENT HELP NEEDED-Re-SUBMISSION OF PHOTOS

URGENT HELP NEEDED-Re-SUBMISSION OF PHOTOS

Hi

I have sent my Tier 1 general application on 24th March 2010, I am yet to recieve a acknowledge letter from the UKBA. I have sent wrong photos with the application. I am now sending the correct photos .

Can someone pls let me know if I have to fill a change in circumstances form or just a plain letter explaining the situation will suffice.

Also in order for UKBA to be able to link the photos to the correct application, I am mentioning my personal details and passport numbers as well as the Post Office Barcode reference number. Will this suffice?

Any responses as soon as would be greatly appreciated.

Name, DoB, Passport No, nationality and Reference Number would do. don't forget to write your full name at the back of your pics.

if i were you, i would attach change of circumstances form as well.

its my personal preference.

Thanks for your responses. I think I will fill in the COC form - just in case it is required.

However, now my question is , I had posted the original application to Durham office.

The change in circumstances form says that it should be sent to sheffield office. I am confused as to where should I post these photos ???

I will write the full name and dob behind the photos.
I have not received a UKBA reference so will not be able to give that but am relying on my personal details (name, dob, passport ref, nationality, post office bar code reference of the original application) being sufficient to link the photos to the correct application.

Fill the COC form and send to Sheffiled address. It will be linked to your application.

Basically, what happens is when you send your (original) application form to the address on the app form, the guy in the sorting office receives it and decides which UKBA office has the least work load currently.

Then your app is forwarded to that UKBA office. Sheffield, Croydon etc etc are few names i can remember on top of my head.

You, as an applicant, must send it to the address printed on the application form, and its UKBA's duty to link it to wherever is your application being processed.

Hope this clears the confusion

I SENT IN THE NEW PHOTOS MENTIONING MY POSTAL REF NUMBER. IT GOT ACCEPTED AND I GOT MY TIER 1 TODAY FOR 3 YEARS.
