dependant switching status

hi there,

please can you help? my partner is applying for HSMP with me as a dependant. i am sure he will qualify. he is an accountant, degree, experience etc. i have a degree too, but what happens if we both have jobs, but we break up for some reason? what happens to my visa? can i switch it?

If you personally qualify for HSMP then you are at liberty to apply for that at any point in time.

You could look for a job where the employer is willing to sponser your work permit.
