Tier 1 earnings Urgent Clarification

I am on work permit visa in UK and earnings Indian salary as well as getting UK allowance .

Can i only claim points for my Indian earnings using the uplift ratio although I am physically working in UK since last 12 months

If your Indian earning is mentioned on your payslip given by the company in the UK and tax has been deducted too than you can add it . Seniors , can you please advice further on this

Please search this forum

Few people have got rejection because they used uplift ratio and in one case he got rejected for using india salary while he was in UK physically.
