work experience after graduation

I completed my 2 year B.com program in 2000. After than I worked for a firm for five years and did my MBA in 2005 during the job, so will my 5 years work experience is valid? Or they will count my experience after MBA?

They will consider your work experience after your commerce graduation and it is valid work experience.
