Tier 1 Application refused,Astonished/gutted

My Tier 1 Application refused on two grounds
One failed to sumbit Tb certificate (which was attached and got it back with my other documents),
2.Last page of Bank statement which was online page with offical stamped from Barclays,but Eco said he cant appect online statement
1.How to prove that TB certificate was sumbitted with Appication in Admin review ?
2.I have now last page of orginal bank statement too,can i send them over with admin review form or how to justify online bank statement with offical barclays stamps
PS;EC havenot provided me any admin review form.

I think the ECO didn't see your TB test report. It is a mistake from UK ECO not from your side. Attach again or mention properly in your admin review.

If you are applying from outside UK . You have to submit the Original Bank statement of Barclays Bank. The ECO will not consider the online e-statment. or not the Branch Original printout from your local Barclays Bank . Because it is a rule in publish guidance notes. (If you look properly). My case is similiar as to you got refused due to this reason that I submitted the last page of printout from Branch printout HSBC Bank(with on bank company header paper, date, time, account no. mentioned). The ECO didn't accepted the last page. So, at this time I submitted the Admin review with my original Bank statement from HSBC .

Make your covering letter and explain everything with your valid points.

For my case it is now 3 weeks is finished. still waiting.....

I have looked (in case they were changed recently) and cannot see that what you are saying is correct.

Personal bank statements showing the ii) payments made to the applicant: Bank statements provided must be on official bank stationery, and must show each of the payments that the applicant is claiming. If the applicant wishes to submit electronic bank statements from an online account he/ she should also provide a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic. Alternatively an electronic bank statement bearing the official stamp of the bank issuing the statements will be accepted. This stamp must appear on every page of the statement. For the purposes of this guidance an online bank account is one that operates solely over the internet and sends their bank statements to their customers electronically (for example over the internet or via email).

I guess it could be interpreted that if it is not an online bank then original statements must be submitted, but many people have had their visa granted by submitting signed/stamped copies from normal banks.

I claimed period for maintenance fund from 29-09-2009 to 29-12-2009
Application sumbitted on 07/01/2010

My usuall bank statement date (orginal monthly bank statements date) from 20-21st of everymonth.so i sumbited orginal bank statements from 21/09/2009 till 21/12/2009 and then online printout till 29/12 from barclays bank with official stamp but ECo claimed that he cannot accept online printout and took the dates from orginal statements to orginal staments (21/09/2009-21/12/2009).

Could you please advised me claming period for maintenance fund is only from Monthly statement date to date(in my case 21/09/2009-21/12/2009) ?

or my claming period is correct and it is the only issue of online printout ?

Please please help me
