Application for dependent and main applicant .. ?

If one applies initial application for himself and his dependents, and fails...
it will make all applications rejected rite ?

so is it advisable to make dependent's application along with main applicant's application ?
how do people generally go in such cases ?
as if all applications are rejected .. its a big money loss !!

I think as long as you are providing all necessary documents as asked by HO, you should worry about visa getting rejected.

If there is some complication in your case or if you believe that caseoworker might get confused on something, then I would suggest to apply for yourself alone and then apply for dependent.
