Yes but keep in mind that you still have to pay international tuition fees.

Please can you comment more on this?

I'm not so sure about this,if you are spouse of EEA national you have the same rights and residing in UK ,right?,difference in fees is between overseas students AND EEA national or home students who residing in UK,as i saw it on website of one university.
Tuition fees*
Full-time (EU) £5,850
Full-time (non-EU) £7,695

So,what is right and whats not?

Basically you need to have been free of immigration control for three years, either ILR or EEA/PR.

Elena is right but you need to phone the individual college to find out their fees and conditions

yes you can study.

if you are EEA citizen in UK then you are home student.
if you are non-EAA citizen then you must lived in UK or in EEA for atleast 3 year to qualify for home student status.
otherwise you are an overseas student

Home fees do not apply if you have not been resident in the UK in the previous 3 years: overseas fees apply even if you are a British Citizen and I think the same is true if you are EEA but not resident in EEA/UK. But it is definitely worth contacting the university or college because they do have some flexibility.
