Is tier1 valid to work with any indian employer

Hi all

Can tier 1 of an individual be used to work for his Indian employer? Will it be valid and legal?

Please advice.

A holder of a UK Tier 1 (General) visa can work for any employer in the UK.

Indeed! As long as the Indian employer doesn't have issues with Taxation employing the person, there is no reason why he shouldn't.
