Hi there,
A silly question. When I applied for my Tier 1, I mentioned in the empty space given on the form that I have no intention to get my family there in UK before 1 year of my arrival to UK.
This was done so that they consider me only for the case and I could apply with only 2800GBP maintenance balance. Since I am here in UK and still with no good job but reasonable living. I wanted to have my family here.
Can I apply for them before the first year completion whereas I have already shown them that I have no intentions for them to be here before 1 year.
