Mention denial of visa from other countries

Post by irshad2005 » Fri Apr 16, 2010 1:28 pm

Hey Guys,

I am planning to apply for HSMP on my own and i want to know this.

I have been disqualified for PR Visa for Canada on the basis of my Eligibility.
Do i need to mention this in my application ?
Reason for this is that my Passport has PCC FOR CANADA.
So if UK Visa people may ask me if i have applied for Canada.
So is it necessary for me to add the info ?
Waiting for others and seniors to comment please.

If there is a stamp on your passport, yes you would need to...

I would recommend in what ever situaion its always better to provide such an information. By any chance if they know that will reject your visa on basis deception (which leads to BAN).

Thanx for the reply....
There is no stamp on my visa.
My visa only has PCC for Canada which i had applied PCC for Canada.
It only contains that......
Anyways i will mention it in my application with the original letter from Canada CHC stating that i was less of 2 points which lead to rejection.
It will be a proof that i am not lying and that was the original cause of rejection.
Am i correct here ?
