Where to file for Tier 1 dependent.

Hello everyone,

I want to file TIER 1 dependent for my wife and kids. Everyone in this forum has said that the dependents have to file their dependent application from their home country. I am from New zealand and initially only I applied for TIER 1 and i got it and then we decided that we will leave NZ for good. Now my family is in India. Where do we need to file the application papers.

kindly advise.

Are your wife amd kids NZ citizens? What is their immigration status in India?

Yes all of us are NZ citizens. Wife and kids are in india on visitor visa.
