ILR application - co. didn pay enough tax on p60, advise pls

Post by josh_dean » Sun Apr 18, 2010 7:02 pm

Dear All,

Please please advise.. I am very nervous and worry....

I am due to apply for ILR on 03 June 2010 under the 5 years rules.

My company applied for my work permit in May 2005, and got it in June 2005. In 2008 I have applied for Tier 1 (G) and am currently under Tier 1 (G) but still working under the same company.
I have not known the total amount of salary they have reported to BIA when applying for my work permit until recently i started to prepare for my ILR application. However, in reality they have paid me approximately 7k short per annum for the first two years and hence, the short of total income stated (compared to the amount they have reported to BIA on my work permit application) on my first two years p60, as well as the total amount of tax contribution.

I have all the neccessary documents, ie. last 12 months pay slips, last 12 months bank statements, 5 p60, employer's letter that i am still needed, life in uk test. The only problem I have here is the first 2 years p60 as stated above.

Will this affect my ILR application.. please advise..
