Confirmation of Forms to fill

I want to apply next week. I just want to confirm the forms which i need to fill after the changes on 6th April 10.

1) Personal Details form : For this form when i go on the visa services site, i am able to download the form but the Form is showing me the header of the form as :

POINTS BASED SYSTEM FORM ( VAF9 MAR 2009)
PERSONAL DETAILS

Please note i have MAR 2009 here. So i was just worried may be the form should have changed to APR 2010 as it has changed in the case of Self Assessment form. So can someone pls confirm that i am filling up the correct form.
2) Self Assessment form :
Header says :
POINTS BASED SYSTEM APPENDIX 1 ( APR 2010)
TIER 1 (GENERAL) MIGRANT
SELF - ASSESSMENT

They are the correct forms. The personal details VAF9 is same before or after changes. The changes reflect only on the Appendix 1 Apr 2010
