ILR/SET(M) application supporting documentation - advice

Hi guys,
Just some clarification over the supporting documentation, which was a source of confusion when I applied for the FLR 2 years ago.

"We need 6 letters or other documents addressed to you jointly or in both your names. If you do not have enough items in your joint names, you may also provide items addressed to each of you individually if they show the same address for both of you. Examples of acceptable letters and documents are listed below. They must be originals.
The dates of the letters or documents should spread over the whole 2 years. They should be from at least 3 different sources."

Could everyone clarify if these are 6 sources which need to be provided by each of us, and complete documentation for 1 source covers the whole of 2 years e.g. May 2009, July 2009, March 2010.

The documentation we have:
1. Amex BA card (myself) - full statements that cover last 2 years
2. Amex Platinum (myself) - full statements that cover last 2 years
3. HSBC Bank Statment (in joint names) - full statements that cover last 2 years
4. HSBC Bank Statement (mine) full statements that cover last 2 years
5. Natwest (myself) - full statements that cover last 2 years
6. Halifax (hers) - full statements that cover last 2 years
7. Council tax (in joint names) - - full statements that cover last 2 years
8. Water - (in joint names) - full statements that cover last 2 years
9. Gas/Electric (in joint names) - full statements that cover last 2 years
10. Mobile bill (hers) (in joint names) - full statements that cover last 2 years
12. Enrollment in LBS MBA (myself) - correspondence/exam results/invoices that cover the last 2 years
13. Various (her) - medical visits/tests/procedures - only covering 2009/2010

All documentation have the same address. Would there be a concern that we have more than 1 statement from the same source e.g. Amex/HSCB even though they are for different accounts?
