hi gurus
i recently got married n i am on tier 1 JR. my wife stayed in uk for 6 yrs, she was married b4 n her marriage broke down within 2 yrs of time n then her visa got rejected , but before she left the country , we got married(divorce sorted ).in all , she overstayed and worked for 5 months while we were waiting for COA for marriage .now she is in india as she volunteray departed on 29 th march
she has applied for tier 1 dependent on 7th april 2010. can you tell how long the application takes?
and wat are the chances of application being successful(bearing in mind the overstay)

thanks for information , however I am really confused after reading it
I still not sur what are the chances of getting a visa for my wife
it's been 2 weeks today she logged her application in India , not sure how long the BHC take to decide

i m really confused

she will be refused automatically because of her overstay. she is ban for 1 year its batter to apply after one year.
