hi , my friend came in uk on visit visa and then did not go back ,but stayed in uk and was using eu passport but later got cought by immigration and deported to the country he originaly came from on visit.now he is getting married to a girl with british passport, can he be allowed to uk on marriage visa ? please advice asap.
plz let me know if im saying anything incorrect

I'd say no, certain refusal.
