I applied visa on 15 April. Prospective Employer said
been designated as “Aâ€

well, if they are taking time to give you visa, they must be making background checks....

noone can give you any "advice" because its upto HO and caseworker to decide; however long it takes!.

you have to sit tight until they have decided your application.
