Hello such a great forum
one query as I have hsmp tier 1 transitional visa can any one please advice which rule will be applied to me
visa gt on 11-11-2008 valid till 11-11-2011
entered Uk on April 2010 any issue with that salary 27000 is it ok or less for extension .

You will be assessed according to old rules. Check the PBS calculator to see if 27000 qualifies you for extension.
