What to do? Pregnancy involved

Post by Charimito » Sat Apr 24, 2010 2:01 pm

Hello everyone!

I'm currently in the UK with a student visa which expires late February next year. I'm currently 4 months pregnant and will finish my msc in September. My fiancé Is a British citizen and will start a 35k job in september (he has a contract to prove it). So my question is: what's best to apply for a post-study visa and then later on get married? Or get married and apply for a spouse visa? We would apply for a spouse visa as soon as possible but before September his income is of only 1k a month (my family pays for my expenses).

Thanks in advance :)

Process is simple.

You need to get COA in order to marry British Citizen. Apply for it quickly.

You would be granted COA ( if approved ) with in 4-6 weeks. Once received, go to local registrar and give them notice of intention to marry.

Book the date and get married. Once married, apply for spouse visa FLR(M).
