My time line is as follow

Filed HSMP Application-------------------02-Sep-06
Refusal of HSMP Application-------------29-Dec-06
Refusal of HSMP Review-----------------03-Apr-07
Application for Review -------------------19-Jun-07
HSMP Approval Letter--------------------13-Jul-07

I want to know whether my case falls under HSMP Judicial Review as the policy document states.

Who does this document apply to?
1. This policy document covers migrants who:
a. Received a Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) approval letter issued under the requirements in place before 7 November 2006;
Please clarify , whether it means HSMP approval letter issued under the requirements in place before 7 November 2006 , or it means the date of the letter issuance should be before 7 November, 2006

b. Were granted Entry Clearance or an Extension of Stay on the basis of that
letter; and
c. Fall into one of the following three categories:
i. Currently hold HSMP leave and have either applied for an extension
of stay or will need to do so in the future;
ii. Have been refused an extension of stay under the “newâ€

You are covered as material thing is date of MP application and not of approval. You would be entitled to 2 benefits of JR. No requirement to show certain income for extension (FLR) and no Life in UK Test for ILR
