hi guys nice to be back to this beautyfull and interesting forum.my quesion is i have a residence permit in two eu country uk and belgium is it legal as i currently live in uk as a belgium spouse.also can i travel with it to schengen state from uk bcos belgium is part of schengen.any advice will be most apreciated,thanks.

The validity of your Belgian residence permit is subject to residential qualifying periods - usually a minimum 6 months spent living in Belgium per year.

If this is not the case, then your Belgian permit is null and void.

thanks for your urgent respons,i am spending alot of time there as well,and i want to know if i can travel with from uk to any schengen state.pls not that this is a permanent residence.thank for yr help.

How long do you spend residing in Belgium per year? "Spending lots of time there" does not necessarily translate to 'being resident in...'
