WP without Surname

Hi All
I am holding my indian passport without my surname as my surname is not there in my current certificated i.e birth and degree certificates also.

As per the business requirement my current company needs me to file a WP and i am bit worried if i am applicable to file the qp without my surname

Am i entitled for UK WP ( minimum for a year)

please help .
