Dependents Visas from Pakistan

Hi Guys,

I've got my Tier1 General Visa stamped last week (Thanx for this forum and all posts made by members which were great help). I am now planning to apply for my wife and a child. What process should i follow and which forms do i need to fill for them. Remember I am in UK and they are in pakistan. Also please could you tell me what will be the visa fee for them from Pakistan?
