Wrong Visa Stamp

Hi
I applied my PSW 2008 July and i was granted tier1 (general) visa for 2 years instead PSW. ( some body has done mistake in some where). now i have only 5 months remaining.
still i am thinking whether i should apply for tier1 general extension or new application for tier1 general?
please any body have an idea . wat should i do?

You have known that you have been issued the wrong visa .. but you didn't do anything about it!

Remember that it is only the vignette which is wrongly worded (Tier 1 instead of PSW) but the application received by UKBA was that for a PSW visa. So there is no question of applying for Tier 1 extension.

Be prepared to answer the question as to why you did not report the error to UKBA any earlier?
