One accountant made net profit letter and tax returns

Dear all,

Can anyone pls advise if its acceptable for the same accountant to write letter confirming Gross & Net profits and make my tax returns?

Is this not considered information from the same source?

Tax Return : from HMRC Source 1.

Letters / P/L from accountant Source 2.

Though wait for an accountant to respond to your query
