Multiple source of Maintenance funds

Has any one applied using more than one source for past earnings ( funds )
by more than one source i mean some amount in one account, some in other, some in fixed depoist etc.

is it exceptable or one needs to take care of some extra things ??[/u]

Are you asking about maintenance fund or past earnings? They are two different things.

Thats perfectly fine as long as the funds are held as per the guideline of UKBA

Hi ,

It should be in one account in your name for 3 months and more ... this will give no trouble and will be fine for you . Make your case clean , simple and always hope for the best.

It should be in one account in your name for 3 months and more ... this will give no trouble and will be fine for you . Make your case clean , simple and always hope for the best.

but guidelines never say that they should be in one account ??
i know case should be made clean, but in that case what if someone can't wait for 3 months also these things being so volatile no one knows when the rules gonna change !!

IMO , it's better we have one account .. 3 accounts or less will all delay your case and there is luck that all account statement shows 3 months .. what i mean

statement A , Bank A ... funds USD $$$ dated 000000
statement B , Bank B ... funds USD $$$ dated 000000

Are they same in your case i mean both are 3 months back .. now ask your self one question .. why in first place before 3 months , you dont put money in one account ..

Yes! rules are changing like any thing but we have to be sure what we are providing them .

My best suggestion will be put them in one account and hope for the best

hi guys,
I myself had submitted with multiple accounts for maintenance fund.

1) submitted 3 months bank statements for both of the accounts.
2) submitted a letter from both of the banks stating that the fund does not fall below <amount1> and <amount2) respectively over the period of 3 months.
i.e amount1 + amount2 > 2800 sterling. (3 months)..

got visa successfully within 25 days..
