New skills demand list - May 1st change?

Dear all,

1. Does anyone know what changes have been incorporated in the 38 High Demand list of occupations for Canadian skilled immigration?

2. Can anyone advise what will happen to the applications "RECEIVED" on April 30th? Its not sure if the application has been opened but the package has been delivered to CIO office ON April 30th. Question is, if the occupations in demand list change, will the new list be applicable to the application received by CIO office ON April 30th?
3. If the total number of years in the LATEST occupation is less than four years (say 4 months since January 2010 and one and half year in 2000/2001 totalling to 2 years +), however another occupation (also in NOC) makes over 9 years of experience. Which experience will be considered for evaluation for score calculation? The higher number of years (which will result in highest score) or the latest job title/experience (one of 38 high demand skills) but with lesser number of years of experience (which may result in less score due to the number of years in that occupation)?

Please advice at the earliest.

I cant say as of now about the changes that have been incorporated since office opens tomorrow, May 1 and May 2 being holidays. But the answer to the 2nd question is that you would recieve max points since you have worked more than 4 years in the last 10 years and there is atleast 1 year of continuous experience in a required job category out of the 38.
