Tier1 Dependent for a New Born

I am currently on Tier 2 visa planning to apply for Tier 1 mid July....

Me & my wife are expecting our first baby in August.... How soon after the birth will I have to apply for a dependent visa for the baby ?

newborn does not need a visa unless s/he has to travel outside and come back.
so you can apply whenever
