APPENDIX1-Section 4.6 Previous Earnings and 4.9 : Help !

Hi,

I have a question on Section 4.6 Previous Earnings Table:


Section 4.6
My issue here is that I have changed three employers during the 12 month period. Now since there is very less space there, should I squeeze in as much information in the first box (since it expects the name , business and start and end dates) , or Can i say - Please refer to the COVER Letter ?

Section 4.9

As I Metioned earlier, that I have been with three employers during the claim period, filling in all the employer details for verification purposes is going to look messy due to space constraints.
Do you have a better suggestion ?
