As much as anyone might sympathise with you, you need to appreciate that the UK Government view is that you only have a right to a family life in the UK where very exceptionally it is impossible to have a family life elsewhere.

Unfortunately for you your wife coming from Turkey does not provide you with a solution to the problem you face.

Your way forward is clearly to solve any problem you have with your wife's spouse visa application and then she will be able to move here with you.

Look at further evidence? That is up to the Manager concerned.

Whether to appeal or not? Do appreciate that an appeal will take many months to be decided. And there is no guarantee the decision will be in your favour.

Totally up to you and your wife to decide but if the Manager's Review does not work then consider whether to appeal or alternatively to submit a new application. There is a cost implication to submitting another application ... £260 or rather the near equivalent of that payable in local currency .... currently 650.00 YTL.

So it might come down to this ..... pay another 650.00 YTL to submit another application, and get a decision reasonably soon ..... appeal against the already-submitted application decision and wait months for a decision.

Up to you ... as they say ... you pays your money and takes your choice!

money not a problem
if we put in a new application
which is 680 lira , due to agents handling fees,
what do we say about the refusal , we already had , and are we just putting further evidence in, to the fresh application

can we appeal and put new application in at same time?
