Administration Review and Fresh Application

Administration Review and Fresh Application

Dear All,

I applied for Tier 1-General Visa in India (mumbai) and was rejected for a silly reason - they considered my 10 payslip but they havent considered last 2 of my payslips.

So I was wonderin to go for Admin Review.

But In case I want to reapply - Can i do that at the same time?

Or do I need to wait for the outcome of the Admin Review?

if you can guide me I would be greatfull.

It is recommended not to apply while your case is in Admin review, though you can still apply as a fresh applicant if you wish to

Thanks very much. So you reckon that I should not apply for Admin review and directly apply for Fresh Application?

By simultaneously applying for Admin review and Fresh Application- does it affect my case?
