Please help..uk settlement visa...

HI EVERYONE!
My uk settlement visa was refused becoz i didnt provide my husband's previous marriage decree absolute certificate...so i was refused..My husband did an appeal in behalf of me AND at the same time applied for his absolute decree...the case was withdrawn by ENTRY CLEARANCE OFFICE before my husband get the absolute decree...my husband's decree absolute was issued and i submitted it with a hand written letter along with my passport and call letter explaining why i am sending this certificate with my passport...THE HOMEOFFICE SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT...but they didn't
CAN U PLEASE TELL ME..WOULD IT BE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MY VISA as i sent that divorce cerificate of my husband without asking...i sent it because it was the only reason my case was put to appeal.PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME OUT.....
