switching from child visitors visa to a settlement visa

hie guys


just want to know if it is possible for a child to switch from a visitors visa to a settlement visa in UK if the parent is a british citizen.
arrived in UK 2001 got ILR 2008 ,now working so hard

Yes you can (i'm talking from experience). However, you'll need to contact a solicitor.
