case resolution team, solution please

Pls i need information & advice on my legacy case been looked at by C.R.T. I was sent a form by C.R.T. in January & was ask to return it within 21 days which i have done & they have not replied. & 2 weeks ago my wife & kids came to join me, Is it possible 4 me to send there passport photo to C.R.T. since they have not replied me since January, my wife & kids did not come legally. Pls i need URGENT advice. I seek asylum in 2006. Thanks
