bank letter says funds till 30th April which is not more than a month than 10th may 2010.
Also as a supporting proof to the bank letter attached were bank statements from 1st feb - 30th April 2010.
I will just sit back and relax.
I meant sign and seal of the bank on letter and bank statements.buzz_dilli wrote:Argus7,
Question for you. This is from your original comment - "April 09 - March 2010 All attested by bank signatories". Please can mention why attestation is required.
Thanks!

buzz_dilli wrote:Okay, thanks for clarifying but i did not realize that the sign & seal of bank was required on the statements. Is this because these statements have no logo? or bank contact information? Or perhaps this is common practise in India?

No bank statements had bank logo as it was official stationary.
My bank letter had Bank branch manager and personal bankers sign on it.
Ask the bank people to sign, they are not aware of UK visa Tier -1 rules.
Incase they act funny, show them the visa guidelines and what BHC expects.
