Timeline for First class airmail weighing >1 kg to Mumbai

My decision has been taken on 26 Sep and Letter has dispatched on the same day, but I have not received till date (16 Oct 05). So it's more than 3 weeks.

Please let me know if any one from Mumbai or India has received letters from HSMP by first class airmail (especially document/parcel weighing more than 1kg) in less than 20 days. Does anyone know what are the timelines?

Anywhere between 10 days to 3 weeks.
I am from delhi...do not have an idea about mumbai.
