same day Tier1 (General) - document photocopies

Do i need to take photo copies of all my documents or original ones are sufficient?

Thanks Sush one more last question to ask:
in main applicant and dependant form, do we need to mention same day date (when the form filled in)or date has to be mentioned the date i am appearing.
for eg. i am appearing on 14th May but form filled in on 13 so should i mention 13 or 14?
i know its a stupid question but wanted to clear my doubt.
