Old Passport

Hi
I had a Name correction and change of address and I got a new Passport
coz of this.
SHould I send old passport along with application
Even while travelling do i need to have this old one with me?

If this is initial application you wld like to be safe to keep things clear for the caseworker ; but ideally if there are no visas in the old passport you dont need to send; but be safe...
