Help needed on jobs related to Electrical design field

Hi all,

I am looking for some help on securing a job in electrical design filed in UK. I worked in Bangalore before and now in London for a month with a dependent VISA. I have around 6 years of experience in design using tools like AutoCAD, bentley microstation, WSCAD and e-plan. Also worked on PLC programming for material handling systems. I am curious to know if any one in related domain can help me on the procedure to get a job. I am getting quite a few calls but nothing realized to an interview. How is the job market in this domain?
