I am asking this only for a confirmation.

Can someone please throw light if ony these two forms are required

For Tier1 - General Migrant (PBS)

1) Application form VAF9 - PBS Migrant
2) PBS Appendix 1 General Migrant self assessment form

After going thru all the documents, i found that only these two are required if you are applying for Tier 1 - General.

Please advise.
