Are you (now) married to a British Citizen?

It is not totally clear from your initial post when you were in the UK in 2007, well not before 18.08.07 anyway.

The answer to your question, about when you can apply for Naturalisation, is any time that you can pass the "applicant was physically in the UK exactly 3 years before UKBA receive the Naturalisation application" test.

So worse case, you might need to wait until after 18.08.10, but you might be able to apply earlier, if you were in the UK sometime between 15.05.07 (3 years before today) and 17.08.07 (the day before you tell us you returned to the UK with your settlement visa).

Hi John!

Thank you for your help and advise.i have never left uk more than 2 or 3 weeks.since 11/08/2004.even when i was applying for entry clearance visa for my second marriage. So do you think i don't need to wait for one more year with my new ILR visa?

Thank you.

You don't need to wait until you have your ILR for one year, because you are now married to a British Citizen.

So if it was indeed the case you were not in the UK sometime between 15.05.07 (3 years before today) and 17.08.07, you will need to wait, and then you can apply for Naturalisation shortly after 18.08.10.
