Tier 1 General Oral Hearing

Post by UKsIndian » Tue May 18, 2010 11:00 am

My Tier 1 General visa refused.

I applied for Tier 1 General (HSMP) in country on December 2009.

I have submitted two sources of income, one from the UK and another from India.

The visa was refused mentioning that they have verified that my Indian pay slips were forged. Initially I have submitted, the 12 months payslips/ annual pay certificate and bank statements from the
Indian company.

But my employer in India mentions they have not received any emails or phone calls from the Home Office.

The visa was refused and returned back on April 2010.

I have appealed and have oral hearing before the judge on July 2010.
I need your advice on what more documents I need to submit to prove that my Indian salary is genuine.

Advance Thanks for all the advices and help...

Hi ,

First of all sorry to hear that but now you have chance to prove it right :)

My friend post more details of your case . I need information in the following areas:

1) Is your UK company is same as your indian company ??

2) Can you provide a strong reference from indian company HR etc

3) Is there is a way , that they can proof ( indian company ) that these pay slips are original and issue to you while showing your old records , contract etc.

IMO , this will be difficult so kindly do your good home work! .. take advice from senior member here and plus go to some lawyer and explain him your case . Once again don't go unprepared and please don't think they don't verify it from your company ( indian) . They will show in court the proof ...
Thanks

Ali

The Indian company is different from my UK company. Two different employers

2) Can you provide a strong reference from indian company HR etc
Yes

3) Is there is a way , that they can proof ( indian company ) that these pay slips are original and issue to you while showing your old records , contract etc.
The company is willing to provide the letter in their letter head mentioning that I am an employee and the payslips are originals. They too have a branch in London.

Thanks for your help.
