eu 3 application process

what document need to apply for permanent residence card .is it same like eu 1 form.how long it will take to process .is any one get permanent residence card .waiting for yours reply thanks :roll: :roll: :roll: :) :D

The DoJ is yet to issue a Permanent Residence Card which is compatible with the Directive (see Part 2 of Problems with Directive 2004/38/EC implementation in Ireland).
