UK Tier 1: Previous earning as service and freelancing

Hi All,

Currently i am in india and my Tier 2 (COS) visa is in progress. My tentative travel date to UK is first week of June. I am planning to apply to Tier1 after reaching to the UK.

My previous earning from period 1st June 2009 to 31st May 2010 will be INR 4,95,000/- (approx) from my current job.

I also do freelancing along with my job in the same field and my income through freelancing is INR 1,95,000/- between Dec 2009 to May 2010.

For my freelancing work i have following documents:
Statement of work from the company on their letter head
Letter from the company indicating the amount paid and TDS deducted
Invoice given by me to the company
Bank statement

I have following questions:

I came back to India on 10th June 2009 can i claim uplift ratio for June 2009 salary which was paid to me on 30th June 2009 when i was physically in India? (i dont want to claim any uk income for 1st june to 10 june )

Can i apply apply for Tier1 within a month of getting Tier2 and reaching to the UK?

Can i use both my service income and free lancing income for application? I mean do we have any restriction of using only one source?

For my freelancing work do i have to produce letter from any accountant? apart from the documents mentioned above.

Do i need to get registered as a freelancer in India?

For maintenance fund i am planning to produce the Bank statement of my UK bank account which has sufficient funds is this ok in my case?
