Can My brother stay with me?

Hi all,

I need advice from you guys. I am non EEA family member and working full time. I have residence card for 5 years. I have one daughter she is 2 year old. I want to learn him my native language and she need pic and drop for scool as well. As her mother and me are busy in jobs. Would it be possible if I apply to bring my brother from pakistan to takecare of my daughter. If yes which sort of catergory it would be? I am in a position to sponcer him.
Looking forward for our advice.

He has no relation with my partner (eea national) and my brother and eea national were not living in the same house before.
